MAKING YOUR ORDER

Order your Quilling Strips on the Strips Order Form. The widths shown are the more popular ones. To order any other width you choose (see info on Special Orders, below), either change a heading on the form or use the General Order Form to write your order. You can always stick a piece of strip to either form to identify the colour you need. We have been known to try to match bridemaids' dresses! We can name shades if you ring us with the colour of the paper edging, e.g. "Pink with a fawn edge" is 'Pale Pink'. Check you have ordered enough strips to earn free ones in our 'BUY TEN PACKS, GET ONE EXTRA FREE' offer (choose an extra free pack of predominant value - not Kits packs or Edged Strips).

Use the General Order Form for all other orders, noting all the relevant details. If you prefer to order using your own paper, don't forget to write all the information on it. Name each piece of paper. However you want to send us your order, that's fine, as long as we can see what you need.

Total all the items and subtract any discounts you may have earned. If you're not sure of discounts, ring us with the total and we'll work it out. You don't have to be Carol Vorderman to enjoy quilling.

Payment with order, please. We strive to send you good quality papers, quickly, at low cost. Not issuing invoices and statements helps us to keep our prices down, too - so it helps us all!
Either - send a Cheque in £GBP (Pounds sterling) made payable to A.J. Jenkins, with your name and address on the back
or - send full Credit or Debit Card details, please - the Mastercard, Visa or Delta card number, its expiry date, the 3 digit code on its reverse, the Issue Number, if any, the cardholder's name and address, the delivery address if different, and your phone number or email address. Minimum card order value - £15.00.
Post, phone or fax orders but it's best not to send card details by e-mail.

For overseas orders, we calculate the delivery charge on final weighing and add it to your order. We send by the most economical service for your weight of order. If you should want a speedier but more expensive service, please note on your order. In certain countries, your Customs may require a duty payment.

Unless card users request otherwise, we will make any necessary adjustments so that wrong prices or calculations don't cause delay. Please make sure you check our current prices if your catalogue expiry date has passed.

Having placed your order, you don't want to be kept waiting too long, so we make every effort to deal with the average order quickly. Special requirements may, of course, take a little longer. Please advise us if delivery in UK is not within a fortnight of our having received the order. (For smaller orders, it may save time to check with your local Post Office first, in case it is delayed there.)

    

Info. on Special Orders *

Our regular stocks are to meet the various needs of Quillers. We invite your comments as we aim to serve all your quilling needs if at all possible. Should you have any special requirements, such as a particular assortment in a packet of mounts or a set of strips in your personal selection of colours *, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do. We keep certain stocks for our classes and workshops, too, which may not appear in the catalogue, so it's worth checking if you want to match a colour, etc. Don't be satisfied with second best if we can supply better!

We stock strips in 2mm, 3mm, 5mm and 10mm widths. We will supply ANY OTHER WIDTHS for you, metric or imperial, but please check which colour and size you need very carefully before ordering. As we will cut non-standard widths specially for you, please don't return these unless they are faulty. Special orders of edged strips - different widths, or shades not marked in green on the order form, with any edging you choose - please order in multiples of five fifth packs as we edge them for you as full packs. We can make you sets of strips in your chosen colours, supplied bagged or unbagged, in minimum quantities. Please ask for further information.

We have confidence in the quality of our products and are constantly in touch with discerning quillers. As a result, we may change the specification of certain products. Some popular papers may only become available in slightly heaver or lighter weights than our preferred range. We're always interested in interesting colours. If you tell us where to get hold of a colour which we add to our range, we'll give you a "Thank You" gift.

Please note: * Any non-standard strips are Special Orders and have to be cut or made specially for you to your requirements. We are happy to do this but please be sure, before ordering, that you have selected the widths and colours you need so that you do not need to return them. We do not expect to re-sell them.
